Set on 5 acres of private beach and tropical gardens in Vaima, Palm Grove features free kayaking and snorkelling equipment. A private balcony or patio with ocean or garden views is standard in all rooms. The air-conditioned rooms include a kitchen with a gas stove-top, a microwave and a refrigerator/freezer. Each room is decorated in bright colours, and features a flat-screen TV and a stereo with an iPod dock. Palm Grove is set alongside one of the most popular beaches in Rarotonga and is within 5 minutes’ drive of several other beaches, including Muri Beach, Aro'a Beach and Puaikura Beach. Rarotonga Airport, the main township of Avarua, and the National Museum of the Cook Islands are all within 15 minutes' drive. Guests can enjoy a swim in the onsite swimming pool and a casual meal in the BBQ area. The tour desk can arrange day trips and car rental. Free parking is available on site. Overlooking the gardens, The Yellow Hibiscus Taula Gastronòmica offers indoor and outdoor dining. It is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

"Beautiful area of Rarotonga that is close enough to lots of activities, but still peaceful. Loved the space in the house, rather than a room. The staff are just lovely...so warm and kind and willing to help and answer questions. Comfy beds and good AC in the bedrooms."
"The breakfast is OK...could use a bit more variety. Gets the job done, however. We were disappointed in the pool. While we knew from photos it was small, we werent really prepared for the lack of space. Yes...there is a beautiful beach on your doorstep, but a dip in a nice pool was what we needed here and there."

"The breakfast was bang on, perfect to start the day off with! Fresh scones, fruit 🍋🟩 👍The restaurant on site had fantastic meals and was popular with people from other resorts. Rooms are amazing and so big. The bar was great with a wide range of drinks both non and alcoholic. Staff very friendly, helping out with car rentals (200m down the road) at last minute (NZ 230 - 3 days) Great supermarket, cafe and restaurant down the road. Moana sea scooters turtle tour - recommend highly, 3 minutes away. Awesome beach to snorkel and see fish. And sooo quiet - perfect holiday spot!!!😎🌴"
