"J'ai pu rester dans ma chambre et profiter de la salle de sport et de la piscine jusqu'à mon vol de départ le soir ! Comme la chambre est géniale et très spacieuse, c'est vraiment un plus !"

"Une soit disant "Manager" que je n'avais jamais croisé depuis mes séjours à la Clarté et qui a été très désagrable et même excessive à mon égard, faignant dire que je n'avais pas reservé et que ma remarque par rapport à ma préférence était completement deplacé et a demande à ce qu'on me "foutte" dehors. Heureusement le personnel est resté stoïque et ne comprenait pas sa colère. Le Directeur de l'hôtel a su lui-même apprecier mes disconvenus et l'hôtel m'a même offert un Champagne pour mitiger ce qui s'est passé. Une grande classe d'un service client exemplaire. Big Up"
