"Generally the stay was good except that in the end we requested extended stay and the reception agreed. Only the manager to come and charge us after an hour of check out, claiming that it was a misunderstanding. We thought that was unethical."

"The short Manager that was handling our case was rude. We thought they were taking advantage of us. Nobody comes after an hour of check out to say there was a misunderstanding you were supposed to be charged."

"Airport pick up work well. They were there on time. It cost $50, but it did take 1hr 20 mins due to traffic. The compound seemed very secure. The room was large with a full kitchen. There a nice little poolside bar on site. They also have a restaurant which I didn’t try. They drove me to ‘The Beach’ to get the ferry to Brazzaville (US$20) and waited until I got the ticket , which I appreciated."

"Minor things: I asked for the door to the balcony to be locked a couple of times but it didn’t happen. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but they weren’t ready until 7.30am"

"The hotel is located in a quiet area, but less than 5 minutes' safe walk from 2-3 grocery stores. The room was clean and well-appointed with efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was reasonable and the hotel bar and pool area a nice place to relax"

"in all it was a nice experience staying at the hotel , the staff very friendly and to my surprise all staff at the Reception spoke English which is rare in DRC and the breakfast was good ,i.loved the gym and the pool ,enough parking for the guest ,and its in a quiet neighborhood, not far from shopping malls ,workable distance"

"Limited towels instead of two one is offered ,no bath towels ,no facial towels , Hotel offers no tooth brush, no toothpaste , no notebook ,no pen ,yet the rate it charges as compared to other hotels which offer the same rates and offer these with kinshasa."
