Hotels càpsula a Singapur

"Very clean and tidy. The hosts Eegii and Mrs T were a lovely couple, very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The reception lady was incredibly polite and cheerful. Filtered coffee and tea are always available. The hotel also has a fully equipped small kitchen where I and Janlav, a very friendly guy I met there, were able to cook fresh horse meat and try it for the first time. I had an amazing experience staying here."

What I notice first is how the hotel staff treats customers and how diligently they go to help them with any of their enquiries. When their service is so excellent, I overlook some minor flaws in the hotel facilities.

"Lovely and helpful staff members, clean and spacious room. Shampoo, body wash and toothpaste provided. We were given 2 bottles of water upon arrival. We skipped breakfast as we weren’t feeling too good but somebody came to check on us before breakfast finished to ensure that we didn’t miss out, which was very thoughtful."

No hot water but this was not a problem for our one night stay.

It's been a while since I used a toilet were I have to squat. But I had to cope with the situation. The mattress was hard. Am used to soft mattresses.

"Our flight was changed so I could only use sleepover for 3 hours, but the staff let me use the bed even though it was outside my allocated time. It was very clean and comfortable, rather than trying to rest on seats in the airport. Many thanks to the staff for allowing us to stay outside of our booked time."

The room was a little bit cool, we couldn’t see a temperature controller to adjust the temperature but other than that it was great.

"The silent nice and serene environment, clean houses, and above all, the best and professional receptionist madam Priaca. She was so welcoming and professional. Her hospitality is quite great."

SORRY I GAVE A WRONG FEEDBACK ON THE PREVIOUS HOMEONTHE NILE. I CONFUSED. I NEVER STAYED IN HOMEONTHENILE. I STAYED IN THE VICTORIA ROOM FOR TWO NIGHTS.

"Bona atenció per part del Tomás. Molt atent en el que necessitàvem. Ens van oferir descomptes per una cerveseria i un restaurant."

Cal arreglar les finestres que no tanquen gens bé, igual que la portà del balcó, doncs fa que entri el fred, i la música dels locals del costat. Amb taps se soluciona.

"The hostel was quite nice and value for money. The location was perfect, the facilities were good and the staff was very friendly."

The hostel provides very little space for luggage and moving around.

Les zones comunes son pràcticament inexistents. El Wifi funciona bastant malament i no acaba d'arribar a dalt

"The patio was so beautiful, lots of places to sit including a hammock! I spent a lot of time out there and it was so restful. Lots of boats to watch and can swim off the dock too. Jessica and Michael were so lovely, and both helped me with my trip by introducing me to people they knew that might be able to help me! So kind, and Jessica also gave me lots of advice about the local area and was looking out for me <3 thank you guys!"

Communal areas a little dirty (bedrooms super clean though).

Seul petit problème c'était niveau douche pas trop de puissance niveau arrivage d'eau.
