"I stay in this motel almost every time I pass through the Soo. I have stayed at least 6 times not disappointed even once. I usually go through the Soo 4 times each year. I will use the TRUNK again in the future. Nearly impossible to beat the price along with a nearness to breakfast or dinner restaurants. Junction to the TransCanada is close. I always stop for gas on the Garden River Reservation. This motel is a great stop over along the highway. Not set for scenic views."

"I can not find fault enough to say anything about it. I know I am not staying in a thousand dollars a night inn. I would not have stayed here twice if I was unhappy once. I have stayed here at least 6 times and there will be more."

"Owners were so nice. We had to check out at 430am so she gave us extra packs of coffee and some bottles of water. The restaurant/bar next door was cheap and great."

"Desk clerk was friendly and a complimentary 500ml bottle of water was provided. The room was basic but clean, the bed was comfortable. The Microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator were newer units and clean. Plenty of towels in the spotless bathroom. The motel is next door to a restaurant. I liked the 'vibe' of the motel. It reminds me of the 60's when motels like this were found along the highways, and we would only need to find the the next lighted "Vacancy" sign."

"The owner is great! Always very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to be welcomed with ice-cold bottles of water for my husband and myself after our long trip to get there. The rooms are very clean & have been refinished with good quality. We've stayed here several times and are always pleased with everything."

"This time, the only things we were not 100% happy with were the shower that was very weak this time. Normally, in the rooms we've stayed in before, the showers were fine. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room, but there was no freezer compartment. We travel with a cooler and like to refreeze our ice packs overnight."

"Nice little motel well located just outside of the main hub and off the highway, but it was very quiet in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and had a fridge and microwave which came in handy. The staff at the front desk provided me with a bottle of water and greeted me with a smile. It was the perfect place to stop for much needed rest."

"What else can you ask for a comfortable bed clean, good smelling, clean, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, AC that works a TV that's easy to use, a shower with hot water everything an overnight stay needs"

"Oh I'd suggest with maybe in the future get rid of the carpet if not for us for yourselves to make life easier"
