"The desk clerk was being given a hard time from a customer who only thought of herself...I felt she was rude to the young curly haired blonde man..but he was polite and professional to her and when it was our turn to register ...he was exceptional... made us look forward to the stay after a 6 hr or so boat ride. ...it was so nice to have a place so close to the ferry."
