"Amazing historical building with beautiful scenic views. The rooms are very cozy and the restaurant is fantastic, with a huge patio overlooking the picturesque gardens. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. We'd definitely love to go back for a longer stay."

"Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre rénovée et c'était parfait. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Nous avons diner un soir au restaurant et c'était très bon mais le prix était un peux excessif si on compare à un restaurant du même type (gastronomique) en France."

Ils ont préservé l'ambiance d'époque dans le bâtiment historique tout en proposant des chambres modernes (pour ce qui est de celles avec "vue jardin", située en annexe à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Très bon petit déjeuner avec vue superbe. Très bien situé pour la visite du parc national du Bic."
"Restauration du soir: carte très limitée (surtout si vous faites plusieurs jours) et prix assez élevé. Et les plats format "entrée" sont vraiment très petits. Par contre la qualité est excellente et nous avons été informé sur cela: c'est un choix de l'établissement de privilégier la qualité et c'est tout à fait respectable."

Portion petite, manque de fromage, fruits frais et différents pains, surtout avec l'excellente boulangerie dans le village qui offre les viennoiserie et pains tout à fait délicieux. Manquait un support pour la baignoire pour déposer nos produits de bain, mais avec notre demande nous l'avons eu le 2e jour. Les bruits de la chambre à côté de la nôtre et sous notre chambre."
