"The vending machines on my floor were empty or no longer in use, and the machines on other floors are cash only which isn't as convenient as newer machines that accept tap payments. (Did not have any cash on me and really wanted a bottle of water) The carpets are worn and damaged in the hall which brings down the overall feel of things."
