"Remote check-in but when we reported a minor issue the receptionist came straight over and arranged for maintenance staff to quickly resolve the issue. The staff also took the opportunity to recommend places to visit in the area, which was a bonus."

"We didn't realise it was remote check-in until we arrive at the motel and found a sign on the reception door with a phone number to ring."
