"Beautiful spacious room spotlessly clean, everything felt very new. Fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Comfortable lounge area and breakfast bar. Balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. Hotel a shot walk to the truck stop that has excellent food and entertainment in the evening."

"I love that the staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you again for decorating the rooms for the birthdays we had. Everyone loved it. Love the complementary drink walking in. The jacuzzi was nice, the food was great especially the wings and the ceviche. The drinks were also nice, very calm and enjoyable place. Also, great location because the hotel wasn't far from anything. The spa was amazing. I got the citrus scrub, my boyfriend got the coffee scrub, and our friend got the Swedish massage. 10/10 definitely would recommend. I have been looking for a place that does a scrub for so long and I would absolutely be back!!"
"I didn't like the mosquitos outside the room but hey its nature can't do much with that just make sure you have bug spray. I wish the music near the pool area was a little louder. It was hard to hear it and enjoy the music that was provided."

"They had a lobby cafe but no official restaurant on site, however the sister property located across the street had two restaurants. The pool service (food) took longer than it should have, drinks from the pool bar were delivered in a timely fashion."

"The resort is very clean and beautiful. The people are very nice. The hot tub is amazing. I had a two bedroom roommate style condo with perfect viewing and space. The large windows look over the pool and lagoon side. Full kitchen and Room service was very fast as well. Food made from scratch taste so fresh!!! I love the easy access to the go carts to travel around caribeville and other restaurants ."
