"Excellent AC, good WiFi, good location just a short walk uphill (not as bad as the other areas of town) and close to the restaurant and tour providers. Good value for money."

"I had paid for the deluxe room with an AC and they tried to downgrade me without my knowledge, which I found pretty unacceptable. It was easy to spot however since the other rooms don't have AC and I had to complain to get the room I booked. I wouldn't want to stay in the "fan only" rooms here because of the heat. Also not the most clean place I stayed at, but doable for a couple of days."

"Kitchen was useful, but a bit higgledy piggledy and often being used by staff, so we sometimes felt a bit in the way when we wanted to make food. There is a coffee maker, but a kettle would be an easier option. Quite expensive for what it is."

"double bed was comfy, single bed not so much. an easy walk into town and easy to walk to cahal pech from here & nice staff who speak english and spanish. they let us check in pretty early which was really great there’s a kitchen you can use and had all you could need"

"be prepared to wake up at 4am from the chickens then again at 5am from the dogs nearby. wouldn’t walk the area nearby alone in the night we hired a car from the owner but was pretty expensive for the quality of the car & any fuel not used was lost"

"Rustic and charming rooms. Not sure if it's a car rental with rooms or a guest house with car rental. Good WiFi, free morning coffee and luggage deposit made the trip easier. Hot shower as well. Good value for money. Would stay again."
