"The Azure Del Mar is a hidden gem. It is a small, laid back resort perfect for relaxing. The staff is really wonderful; always friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is amazing: big portions, delicious meals and great drinks! We have really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 🙂"

"Lovely resort on a beautiful beach in Placencia. We really loved the atmosphere, from the warm welcome by the manager Valerie to the scenic boardwalk leading to the cute cabanas. Definitely recommend this place. The centre of Placencia is a short drive away, but since we had a rental car we didn't mind."

"The location was fantastic, we shared the decking with a family of pelicans and saw a pod of dolphins. The staff were friendly and helpful, Maria and Nicole so professional. The food was freshly prepared and the rum punch delicious! For a few days of relaxation it would be hard to beat Azure del Mar."

"Unfortunately there is a little bit of background noise from the road which runs directly behind the hotel.The bed was okay but would benefit from being slightly bigger.Sometimes service was very slow particularly at breakfast but when you have such a great view and you are on holiday it doesn't really matter too much"
