"Future guests should be aware that reaching the property involves a walk uphill of around 200 meters in elevation. At this altitude, breathing can be more demanding, so arriving with light luggage is recommended."

"It's on top of a hill. Don't bring a suitcase or heavy luggage. Room was clean. It was pretty cold at night, but they had enough blankets. Breakfast is nice. It's a tiny village and the family is helpful and kind"

"Lovely family-run hostel, cozy rooms, delicious breakfast. Beds a bit firm, but generally speaking rooms are very clean and cozy, hot shower available. Beautiful view and absolute silence at night, can become a bit chilly but extra blankets are being provided upon request. Towels and soap also provided. Considering the remote island location, as much as you can wish for. Price also very reasonable (around 270 BOB for a doublebed room at the time of writing). Had a wonderful time on the Island, highly recommended"

"The cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding. The breakfast is simple but very fresh. Our room was comfortable - although cold! But as expected for a remote region of Bolivia."

"The hotel is very high up on the island, the 45 minute climb up there was horrible. I would advise coming with minimal things if you can - we had everything with us and it was very hard. Also, the shower was a bit intermittent which isn't ideal in a cold place. But overall this was a great place to stay."
