"The hotel has retained its old monastery features that gives the hotel a sense of serene tranquility. The bedrooms with featured free standing bath tub whispers of sheer luxury. Breakfast was of good quality choices of fruits, bread, hot drinks, juices and cooked eggs. The location is superb. A block away from the main square, 25 de Mayo. The staff are ever so helpful too. We enjoyed our stay at the Monasterio very much."

"Very friendly and helpful owners, nice and healthy breakfast with eggs, fresh tomatoes and avocado, beautiful architcture of the house. They helped me with transport issues and we did some nice sightseeing to valle de luna together."
