"The location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room."
"Other guests kept banging the doors closed. The doors don't unlock automatically from the outside, they need to be unlocked with the keycard before closing and they will then lock automatically. Other guests would simply bang the doors shut to try and force them closed, which was loud and annoying."
"Reasonable price. Close to Gadong Mall and the night market. The Indonesian girl at the front desk was always friendly and greeted me with a smile."
"The walls are thin. I could clearly hear the snoring of the person in the next room. Also, although quiet hours start at 11 p.m., there was a man watching videos at a loud volume in the common area, which was quite annoying."
"Location is perfect. Gadong Night Market is 10 Mins Walk away just. Bus stop is a block away. Mall, restaurants, supermarket, currency exchange everything nearby. Staff is amazing and very professional. Imam helped a lot to provide transportation details of city & must tourist points to visit. Perfect for transit visitors."

"Great location, very nice staff, very high tech room with touch screen control for all lighting and AC, even though there's no windows there is a "skylight" light that looks like it's outside light, toilet paper and soap provided, mini fridge, the whole place looks very new inside with beautiful tile and finishes"
