"Hans, the apartment manager, is always available, professional and courteous. Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, and it's about 10 minutes from the city center. You have all the amenities available, and the neighborhood is very safe with many shops . The taxi bikes or Keke are always around to take you to the city center or other destinations for less than 300 cfa. It's a great option if you want a quiet neighborhood without all the city's traffic. I would like to thank Mr. Hans and Michael for making our stay so comfortable. We definitely have a place to stay while in Cotonou now."

"The booking page doesn't tell you that electricity is not included. It's a bit of an inconvenience. However, we stayed for a week, and it was less than 6000 cfa if you don't use air conditioning. Please note that at the price, these 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms are very very affordable.l for what you get."
