"Fantàstica ubicació per visitar la ciutat. Bon esmorzar buffet."
"Per ser un hotel amb 5 estrelles hem trobat la mida de l’habitació massa petita. Tot i així, està ben equipada amb un gran llit i un fantàstic bany. L’aire acondicionat una mica sorollós. El personal de neteja no respecte el cartell de “no molestar” i quan vam arribar un divendres a la nit no hi havia ningú a recepció i aquesta zona estava molt fosca i vam haver d’esperar uns 5 minuts a que vingués el recepcionista. Ho vam trobar estrany sent només les 11 pm i amb ça categoria d’hotel que és."

"Que et cobren una fiança a l'entrada de l'hotel i al final resten el preu de l'hotel i queden uns 30 euros que encara m'han de retornar. El sistema d'interruptors de la llum es molt sofisticat, pero com son molts mandos i moltes llums i cortines electriques costa una mica d'entendre."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
