"It was my 4 time in this hotel, but this time was too crowded and hotel is quite small to accommodate all them people. The kitchen is super crowded and you get to wait sometimes to find a place to sit for breakfast and the food is not good anymore as before! You go there, with all the luggage and you don’t get any help ( no bellboy) to find your room in a very labyrinth hotel!"

"The hotel needs stricter rules for clients, to ensure proper use of the facilities and to avoid discomfort. For one night we had heavy cigarette smell in the bathroom for another room where someone was most probably smoking in the bathroom. On the other hand, the spa is turned into a playground for kids, it is almost impossible to properly use the jacuzzi or even the sauna, as kids are playing everywhere with no disruption, risking their lives and disturbing adult clients. You should impose clear rules for these facilities."

"Bit worried about visiting here based on some previous reviews, however, hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and we were really happy with all of the communal areas, bar, restaurant, pool/spa, reception/lobby and then our room, which had been newly renovated and was immaculate. We had a family mountain view suite, with two bedrooms, which was large & well equipped. It genuinely is a very nice hotel and the staff are attentive & friendly, both from guest services & reception, to bar & breakfast - would certainly recommend breakfast, they put on a huge and very nice spread. Pool & spa was also nice, they will provide towels & lockers for you, and again staff are very friendly. Highly recommended."

"As with any hotel having works done, there was a little noise etc from building works but it's very small & didn't impact our stay. As with any new launch, there are a few teething issues - for example, we had a kettle in our room but no cups (!), but these were small things & easily rectified."
