"The "retro atmosphere" :) was authentic and I appreciate that their only investment was a pretty cheap renovation of bathrooms because it helped to keep the price of this hotel so low, especially given the excellent location. Both beach and bus stop to bus station as well as to Nessebar are just 3-5 minutes walk,. The hotel is in a very quiet location and the discoteque it its restaurant was either not long or I just could not hear it from a balcony. The view from a balcony was nice, and there were plastic chairs, as well as a mosquito net so I did not miss anything at all (even though a kettle would help, but on the other hand there was a very cheap buffet with a rooftop seating with excellent sea view just about 3 minutes walk)."
"For those of you who do not speak any of the Slavic languages there might be a language barrier as the receptionist did not seem to me to speak any English, but now it is easy to have translators in telephones so this is not so important."

"The panoramic views over the lake and sea were outstanding. The room was very comfortable. The furniture wasnt new but it was very clean. Within walking distance to the beach and the town. A well equipped restaurant right next door."

"Жили на 12 этаже, без кондиционера. В жару здание нагревается, очень жарко. Приходилось держать балкон открытым. Днём ещё ладно, но спать ужасно. Не понравились «орущие» чайки. Также, в ресторане внизу регулярно проводились шумные мероприятия, и очень слышны дискотеки и концерты. А балкон не закрыть, очень жарко тогда."

"Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле пятый раз. Он полностью соответствует моим желаниям и предпочтениям. Расположен рядом с парком, из номера отличный вид на море и парк. Восход солнца можно наблюдать прямо с балкона, а до моря идти минут 5.Мне нравится его отдалённость от городской суеты. И в тоже время всё рядом и магазины и рестораны и отличный променад вдоль моря."
"Если вы приезжаете с бытовыми электроприборами: фен, плойка и т.п., но лучше иметь с собой небольшой удлинитель, так как не всегда можно от розетки дотянуться до зеркала. Но это не критично."
