"In the glassed-in hall where the large fireplace was located, it was absolutely unacceptably cold. Once upon a time, this was a wonderful area , but now people simply passed it quickly and avoided it. The gaming area (bowling tracks) have strange working hours and even has a day off."

Hygiene is at a high level. Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa."

We stayed at the chalet next to the hotel, which is great for a couple-we really liked the privacy that came with it as well as the delicious meals just on a minute walk to the restaurant. За удобство на скиорите се предлага безплатно извозване до пистите на Добринище и Банско, което е много удобно. Спа центърът също е много приятен, осэбено басейна и джокузито с минерална вода! Бих отседнала в хотела отново с удоволствие."
