"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even I did not speak much Bulgarian, we still managed to sort everything out. The receptionist even ordered a taxi for me, which took less than 5 minutes, because it wasn't working via my app. I'll definitely stay again, whe I have an early morning flight."
"Unfortunately there was no electric kettle in the room. Maybe you can leave a note with WiFi passport somewhere in the room on the table/ TV cabinet.. I didn't find it and was too tired to go downstairs again to ask."
