"I liked that the people in the reception were very kind , helpful and professional. All the staff was good. The wifi was perfect, in the morning I had some transfers for work and the speed was amazing 45 Mb/s (we had a router in our room). The food for all inclusive was good and the menu was changed every day. The pool was nice. And for beverages they were serving some good liquors."

"The room was not very clean. The air conditioner was dirty (this is very dangerous especially for dust and bacteria sensitive persons). The beds not very good, but ok. Also, being near a forest/ river, mosquitoes are everywhere, so take care."

"The location is excellent, the food is overall good and tasty and there are quite enough food types. The beach is just outside the hotel, very clean, and umbrella and 2 sunbeds were included in the price."

"The bathroom was not properly clean - the toilet was cleaner when we left than when we just arrived. Otherwise the towels were changed daily and the sheets were clean. The lobby bar staff had a bored attitude sometimes. We wanted to get something to drink at 22:00 and we were not served, although the all inclusive program was scheduled until 23:00. There is no proper parking near the hotel, you just leave your car somewhere on the side of the road, but the tax paid is the most expensive in Albena because the hotel is placed in the area near the forest, which is considered Green Zone."

"La propunerea administrației hotelului Boryana am fost relocați la hotelul MURA, deaceea evaluarea este a ultimului. Totul a fost foarte-foarte bine: amplasarea hotelului pe plajă, personalul bine pregătit și cu zâmbet pe față, curățenie la nivel, mâncarea gustoasă, cafeaua naturală foarte bună, la fel și sucurile, berea, vinul, dulciurile ... Plaja bine îngrijită. Locație liniștită, aer curat. Per total a fost o vacanță excelentă. Recomand cu siguranță. Vom reveni la hotelul MURA cu mare drag."
