"Clean and arty hotel, staff was polite. Would deffinately recommend changing the furniture in the rooms as it is a bit dated (for others this could be the charm of the hotel, not me though). The breakfast is good, but mostly the same each morning, would recommend adding pancakes or mekitsa or parzhena filia. Especially for kids, these tradional Bulgarian dishes would be a savor. The location is closer to the Butamyata beach, some 10-ish minutes of walking."

"We booked two rooms and they complementary upgraded us with very roomy studios. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was good too. Butamyata beach is within 5min walk distance. Due to the great service and experience, we even extended our stay with one more day. I strongly recommend. Kudos to all the staff! Thank you!"

"Great for families - there's a playground, a pool and a small football field. Walking distance from the beach and the village center. Good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking outside of the hotel. Spacious room, ground floor for families with a pram."

"It could be cleaner. We were out of soap in the bathroom and they said they would refill it but it never happened. There was a mixup with the lunch bill and we would have been charged double if I didn't take a closer look at the bill. In the end it was all clarified and correct though."

"The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was large and very comfortable, the pool was small but convenient and clean. I wasn't sure what to expect of an "art hotel" but it was actually a very interesting space architecturally and it was fun getting to know it in the first few days. It also had one of the better gyms of any hotel I've been to."

"The restaurant dinner hours weren't very convenient although there were plenty of good dinner options within a 5-10 minute walk so it was never much of an issue. Its also clearly a family oriented hotel and turns pretty quiet by 11PM (which we liked but you shouldn't expect to party all night on the premises)."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was varied enough for a few days stay. Huge apartment with walk-in wardrobe. Large balcony with house martins flying within a metre or so (early June). Several restaurants are located within 10 minutes walk, if you want a change from the hotel's offering."

"While it is technically correct that the hotel has a coastal position and the apartment we stayed in has a sea view, neither was overwhelmingly apparent during our stay there. Perhaps another room would give a different impression. If this is more of a priority for you than it was for us, it might be wise to make a specific request when booking."

"Die kleine Hotelanlage liegt nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Butamaya-Strand (Liegen und Schirme gegen Gebühr, aktuell pro Tag 30 BGN) und 15 Minuten vom Strand bei der Veleka-Mündung (sehr empfehlenswert) entfernt. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, hilfsbereite Chefinnen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut bestückt. Parkplätze gleich bei der Anlage sind vorhanden."
