"English speaking staff throughout. Large suite, perfect bed, dressing gowns and nice food from the kitchen. They accommodated my dog and had 24 hr security on my vehicle. We ate in the room and this was great. Food was fresh and plentiful. Large rooms and the biggest TV 📺 I've ever seen. Heating and air-conditioning xx"
"It really is only a slight complaint. Our toilet and shower had a small leak, but nothing major."
"The location made it easy to walk to the centre also an easy walk to the marina. Access to the restaurant and rooms was easy and the hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and well decorated for the Christmas period."

"Friendly helpful receptionists. Comfy bed, modern style, no problems. Have to bring my tomato ketchup for the breakfast next time, as we will go back. It was 10 mins walk to happy restaurant and the port. And 15 mins to cathedral and varna town centre. Lovely stay"

"It's like a family run hotel with all the additional facilities of four stars. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I ate here three times and was very impressed. Breakfast is excellent and varied, everything was fresh. The location is optimal for both public transport or walking."
