Every other staff we encountered (male staff at the reception, staff at breakfast area) was not the most pleasant. One would expect a more welcoming attitude at a hotel which sells the stay as an experience."

"The location is amazing! I usually opt for more central location but this was our favourite spot! In this case I am so happy for this almost central yet away from the crowded central location! The breakfast room is amazing too! The view from my room! The scent of the hotel! The free tour I found by accident when talkin in the reception."

"Needs a bit better maintenance. The security door guard / latch was not fixed properly (having been broken from the outside it seemed) so it was limp and would not latch. The movable shower head holder would not stay up - and a screw fell out of it - meaning I had to balance the shower head on something else to keep it up in place."
