"Everything. We got an upgrade and the facilities were amazing. Since we had a massage in the wellness center on the day of the check out at 12:00, the hotel allowed us to have a late check-out without additional payment. The breakfast was amazing."

"We had a great stay at Radisson Blu Balmoral. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and hiking trails. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were great ( including a swimming pool, two saunas, and a pool table). Free parking is also available."
