"La localització és excelent, a 20 min caminant del centre. L’hotel es preciós i modern i te tot el que puguis necessitar (tovalloles, secador, sabons, cafetera, nevera i espai de sobres dins l’habitació). Els llits son molt còmodes i tot i tenir només corrines es fa foscor absoluta per dormir, i no ens les habitacions del costat."

"Al moment de fer checkin on line vam triar l’habitació i en principi teniem un king bed pero al arribar eren dos llits individuals. Al noi de recepció li sortia l’habitació com si fos un llit de matrimoni per tant no ens va poder canviar l’habitació, no es dramàtic pero ho podria posar mes ben especificat. També vam tenir un problema amb l’aire que no funcionava el calent i ens van portar un radiador a l’habitació, no sabem si ho han arreclat."

L’esmorzar generòs i de qualitat, inclosa una food truck on tu mateix pots fer-te uns gofres boníssims. Però el millor de tot és el personal, amable i atent en tot moment. L’ubicació és bona, prop del centre de la ciutat i del transport, però en una zona tranquil.la. Detalls com aigua sempre fresca i gratis tant a l’habitació com a la recepció de l’hotel, sabatilles per a tots els ocupants, xocolatines, etc…"

"This was our second trip to Brussels, and I spent quite a bit of time choosing the right hotel. I’m glad we decided to stay here — the location is excellent and the interior design of the hotel is very interesting and modern. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It had two separate areas: one room for our child and a bedroom for the adults, which made the stay very convenient for our family. The equipment in the room was modern, and we especially liked the Harman speaker — it was great to connect via Bluetooth and play music. The rooms were clean, the service was quick, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. Another nice detail was the small self-service shop located on the first floor of the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would happily choose this hotel again on our next visit to Brussels."

"We travelled with a dog, normally we get a bowl and bed for him in most hotels. would have been a nice touch, but again - this didn't affect our stay, we all enjoyed it."
