"The hotel has a lot of character, its cosy and beautifully presented, classic and elegant decoration, impeccable clean, located at city centre, the receptionist was very helpful and elegant, the hotel is near to all amenities shops,restaurants, cassino and easy access to the Thermas. "This is a lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. We had a beautiful spacious room with views to the garden and surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in elegant surroundings, and the town was a short step. We were able to borrow an iron and get a sewing kit for running repairs."

"The only disappointment was not the hotel but the restaurant L'Auberge which was recommended by the hotel as part of their group. The patron was quite rude on our arrival. He looked at us as if we had crawled out from under a stone and demanded to know if we had a reservation, which we did. He then pointed at the table and walked away. Such a contrast to our friendly greeting at the hotel. I might also say that the restaurant and terrace were largely empty and who is surprised."
