Hotel des Comtes Durbuy

"Located just outside of the center of Durbuy, this hotel was the perfect choice! It’s just a few minutes walk to the center where there are many lovely shops, cafés, and winding streets. The architecture is beautiful. The Hotel des Comtes is full of atmosphere and beautifully decorated, with many nice areas to relax both inside and on the outside patio. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and chic. Self check-in was easy and the parking lot was very conveniently located right behind the hotel. We also appreciated that the parking space was big enough for our car (Peugeot 5008), and we didn’t have to worry about being too cramped (this is unfortunately often our experience in Belgium at hotels). We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the staff who made our stay special."

"Beautiful building in a fantastic location offering good value accommodation in Durbuy. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and included a wide choice suitable for everyone. The staff were lovely and very helpful with everything. If we were going to Durbuy again we would definitely try to stay in the Hotel again."

"Information was not as good as it could have been such as wrong wifi code in the rooms, incoherent coffee machine instructions so we never managed to make a coffee at the hotel, and failure to communicate check in instructions so we needed to phone."

"The hotel is well located and easy to reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. We especially appreciated the private parking on the property and the option to enjoy a beer in the evening via self-service - a nice touch. The room was a bit small, but still sufficient and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay - we would gladly come back!"

"This is a self-check-in style hotel. Parking is also very clear where to park. This was also communicated to us by the hotel and we did not get lost at all. Although the hotel is only a short distance from the centre of Durbuy, we did not find it inconvenient. We could rather move slowly and enjoy the nearby nature. The building is not new, but we enjoyed the atmosphere of a European Western-style house. Breakfast starts at 8.30am. The dining room has a good atmosphere. The food was adequate. The scrambled eggs were delicious. The homemade jam and fruit were particularly good. I am sure they are of high quality. Checking out is easy when leaving the hotel, as long as you haven't used the bar drinks. It is simply a matter of putting the key back in the box. Overall, the hotel was very comfortable."

"There were a few electrical outlets. But not a big problem. The dining room has to be accessed by stairs. You should be aware of the steps."
