"L atenció del personal. No està al centre però just devant tens l autobús 66 que et deixa a l estació central. Ens han ajudat en tot moment indicant nos com anar als llocs i hem tingut un petit malentès amb un taxista i ens l han resolt ells. I tornare segur."

"Habitació àmplia i correcta, fins i tot teníem a disposició un bullidor amb sobrets de cafès i infusions. Bufet d'esmorzar bastant bé. A la recepció hi havia una màquina de cafè nespresso per endur-te el cafè per emportar. Tot un detall!"
"Vam reservar dues habitacions i en una d'elles, al mini-bar ens vam trobar restes de menjar dels anteriors clients (cosa que ni va agradar gens). Per l'amplada de l'habitació el bany és petit (dues persones alhora al lavabo ja molt complicat). Al bufet d'esmorzar el cafè no és de màquina, el qual fa baixar la categoria del servei. Estaria bé que hi hagués màquines amb diferents opcions. També vam trobar a faltar llet d'una altra manera (altres opcions com avena o llet d'arròs), per qui és intolerant a la lactosa."
