El Banks és un hostal artístic elegant col·locat en un barri de moda, a menys de 3 minuts a peu de la plaça del Mercat. El saló ofereix un ambient informal per prendre una copa al costat de la llar de foc. De dilluns a dissabte, de 16:30 a 20:00, els clients del Banks poden gaudir d'una selecció de begudes i tapes gratuïtes al saló. Els diumenges les tapes se serveixen de 16:30 a 17:45. A més, les habitacions ecentre de tractamentsioses inclouen una ampolla d'aigua gratuïta. El Museu Plantin-Moretus es troba a 100 m de l'estructura hotelera i la plaça de Groenplaats, per on passa el tramvia, és a menys de 5 minuts a peu. L'estació de tren central d'Anvers es troba a 20 minuts a peu del Banks.

"I would appreciate to option to have woollen blankets instead of a stifling, sweaty, polyester duvet, and down pillows instead of polyester pillows. It is very hard to go away for several days, with a lot to do, and only be able to get to sleep by taking pills. The advent of artificial material duvets and pillows has really ruined travel."
