"El personal de recepció molt amable, servicial i professional, les noies encarregades de la neteja fan una gran feina. Llits comfortables, habitacions amb aire acondicionat i hotel tranquil que permet el descans, tant per la localització com per l'aïllament de les habitacions. La situació és molt bona, a 5-10 minuts caminant de la Grand Place i de l'estació de tren Brussel.les Nord."
"La temperatura de l'aigua de l'spa, molt freda. L'esmorzar és molt correcte però l'espai és petit i predominen taules de 2 persones, faltaria alguna taula més de 4 persones. Si no baixes a primeres hores a esmorzar, et pots trobar que no es reposta el que falta."

"Robes and slippers provided for the spa or just for the room, free hot drinks all day. Due to the location, we popped back a couple of times in the day. Staff were very nice and helpful. Night time was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety!"
