"When I arrived , hotel elevator is not functioned. They told me that within small time will brings, once elevator fixed. Waited more than half an hour , then checked with the front desk that time they told their elevator is not works, therefore they told that tommorow will give the bags.. So I went to the lobby and took my bags, luckily no body don't care me even not ask for a help too."

I got a lot of help from Mr. Rana, Rizwan, and other staff. Moreover, all the staff listened to all our requests and did it properly. Top-notch in terms of safety and security."
