"A nonfunctional iron was replaced by the host immediately when informed. Rooms were clean and neatly furnished. The location was great. All in all, it was a comfortable stay."

"The door of the attached washroom of the master bedroom could not be locked at all because of the door size. There was no cupboard in the second bedroom."

"Great location and the scenery was beautiful. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Located on hill tops and the views were amazing! Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. Surrounded by trees and was entertained by monkeys swinging through the branches. The rooms were also very spacious and allowed a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and meals were delivered to the room. Staff were very accommodating and overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"Unfortunately, the restaurant does not seem to have a proper understanding of food allergies. I specifically asked for gluten-free options, but I was advised to have bread that contains gluten. For someone with a gluten allergy, this can be life-threatening. What is more concerning is that even the management appeared to have no clear knowledge about gluten or allergy safety. Allergies must be taken very seriously, as a simple mistake can put someone’s life at risk. I would strongly recommend that anyone with food allergies be extremely cautious when dining here, and I hope the restaurant improves staff training and allergy awareness in the future"
