"Cozy hotel, excellent breakfast, great location, but the real gemm of this hotel is the staff. They are all professional, helpful and friendly. I'd like to especially thank the lady on the reception for really try all and her best to help us with some documents issue, she really looks after her guests. This is what makes a home away from home while visiting the amazing Sarajevo."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and very nice to sleep in. My room had everything I would need, and I felt super comfortable staying there. I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but I didn't have any issue with noise - the window was soundproof enough that I didn't hear anything from outside."
"The breakfast, unfortunately, was a bit of a let-down. The booking profile showed an incredibly rich buffet breakfast, which I was so much looking forward to, that it was half the reason I booked the hotel, but when I got there, it was just a menu of pre-set breakfast portion options. It wasn't bad in any case, but the profile did set up unreasonably high expectations that were not matched."
