"The stuff is realy kind, nice and helpfull. The location is on beach. There is great terrace with caffe bar, where you can enjoy the silence while watching the sea."
"The interior is from the early 90's, and should be modernized. The bath is clean but should also be renewed. I would also add a small fridge in the room just for keeping our drinks cold. This small things would make the hotel one of the best in Neum."

"Väga huvitava ehitusstruktuuriga hotell. Voodid olid mugavad. Vaade aknast oli miljoniline! Aadria meri vaatas aknast sisse!"

"A szobaajtó zárja lötyögött!! A benti medence vize igen hideg, még úszásra is alkalmatlan. A fürdőszobában nincs hely semmit letenni, törölköző tartó sincs. A szobaablak piszkos, minden berendezés kb.30 éves."

"Trebaju obnoviti vrata, prozore (ove koje su trenutno u upotrebi su modeli od prije 50 godina), kupatilo sa WC i tus kabinom bili su spremni za obnovu i prije 5 godina ali jos uvijek nisu obnovljeni. Da bi se gosti zadrzali ili privukli novi mora se investirati u odrzavanje makar to utjecalo na povecanje cijene. Nakon proteklih 5 godina jos uvijek se svake godine nadam da se nesto novo pojavilo odnosno da je hotel makar i djelimicno obnovljen. Nada umire posljednja ali i ona moze umrijeti. Bisogna rinnovare porte e finestre (quelle attualmente in uso sono modelli di 50 anni fa), il bagno con WC e cabina doccia era pronto per essere rinnovato 5 anni fa, ma non è ancora stato rinnovato. Per fidelizzare gli ospiti o attrarne di nuovi, è necessario investire nella manutenzione, anche se questo significa aumentare i prezzi. Dopo gli ultimi 5 anni, spero ancora ogni anno che appaia qualcosa di nuovo, ovvero che l'hotel sia stato almeno parzialmente ristrutturato. La speranza è l'ultima a morire, ma può anche morire."
