"El personal molt amable vam reservar habitació de dos llits i vam demanar fer canvi per una doble i cap problema,l'esmorzar més que correcte i molt bo, habitacions molt calentes tota la nit ja que a fora feia molt de fred, està a 5 minuts caminant del centre històric,el cotxe el vam poguer aparcar just davant hotel un luxe 😁recomanable"

"Reception staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the canteen-like dining room was fantastic. Location just 5 mins’ walk from the start of the touristy old town shops en route to the bridge. Our standard twin room was very large. We didn’t realise until we arrived that the hotel is actually linked to the Franciscan church and guests can stay for a longer term too - a nice, interesting change from being with other tourists!"
"The hotel is at a very busy road junction so there’s constant traffic noise but the windows (and we had 4 of them with fantastic views!) seal the noise out very efficiently. We found it odd that there were no bedside tables but that didn’t really matter as we used chairs instead! It’s about 25 mins’ walk to the bus station but we chose it for its proximity to the old town."

"the location is super good, short walk to Old Town for food and shopping and is so closed so I can visit the old town in the morning before all the tour group arrive and taking nice picture. The Hotel, very clean, nice helpful staff, I asked for quiet room so they put me at the corner with a little balcony, Breakfast is super, lots of varieties and best in town. if I am coming back to Mostar will definitely choose this hotel, simply love it"
