"The hotel location is really fantastic beautiful views all around with green areas. Staff are nice, helpful, their way of talking and receiving us very respectful. Many many thanks to Dejna and Boyan for their receiption and support(apologize if I wrote the names wrongly). The breakfast is very delicious with a variety of dishes."

"Polite staff, comfortable bedroom, nice view and soundproof bedroom."

"Breakfast could be better - it is served in another five star hotel, but it is more like three star breakfast. Cleaning could be improved, particularly around the hotel. A kettle in the room would also be welcom."

"While we were travelling to Sarajevo, I received a phone call from the Hotel Hercegovina, where I had made a reservation, informing me that due to problems with the heating system, our reservation had been moved to the Hotel Austria & Bosna, part of the same group and of a higher category (****). An excellent stay, thanks also to the good restaurant and free parking in the garage. Superb breakfast, very varied and high-quality food. I highly recommend the Hotel Austria & Bosna."

We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, but the host family kindly waited for us and welcomed us warmly with a refreshing welcome drink, which we truly appreciated. "I stayed for 2 nights in a fantastic apartment at Villa Mike. I found it to be exceptionally clean, and it contained everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, as was the sofa in the sitting room. The kitchen helpfully contained all the appliances needed, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The bathroom was great, with a large shower and heated floor. Everything worked and was well-maintained. The wifi worked well and there was a large TV for logging into Netflix. The villa is in a quiet location but also central, so it was perfect for exploring Mostar without needing a car. The rest of the villa looked lovely, with outdoor seating areas for the warmer weather. Denis, who looked after my stay, was extremely polite, helpful and professional. I received good communication, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend."
