"We were very disappointed with the parking situation. Despite calling a month in advance to reserve a parking spot, none was available when we arrived. This caused significant inconvenience as we had to find alternative parking nearby, which ended up costing us €100 for two cars for two days. This unexpected expense and lack of organization were frustrating and detracted from our overall experience. Clearer communication and better management of parking reservations are needed."

"The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was really good, a very short way (one road) from the centre to you were right in the middle but on a slightly quieter side road. Room was huge, clean and tidy, style was a little tired, but all ok. Ground floor can be a little noisy with people coming and going, but was fine."

"hello everyone, I want to share my experience about this hotel, first of course I read reviews and was curious if it really was such a well-scoring hotel in real. I can recommend everyone to book at this hotel, first of all, they have very clean rooms, staff is super friendly, location just can't be better, 5 minutes walk to center (Baščaršija) Car parking can be difficult, but they do have a solution for that, they take your car key and as soon as there is a free space your car will be parked, it is difficult to park in the whole centrum of Sarajevo. In addition, the owners are Turks, so communication was very easy for us. Once again I would like to say a big thank you to the staff and owner for welcoming our family. And I would especially like to thank Mrs Nuray and Mrs Selinay and of course we can't forget the grandfather. :))"
