"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent long stay at the Hollywood Hotel and truly enjoyed every aspect of my experience. From the first day until the last, everything met and exceeded my expectations. The hotel is well maintained, comfortable, and very well organized, and the staff were consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming. I genuinely appreciated all the services and facilities provided during my stay, which made me feel at home for an extended period of time. I am very grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout my visit. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I sincerely hope to return in the near future. Highly recommended."

"We have stayed here on many occasions. The location of this hotel is fantastic for all the amenities you will need for your stay in Illidza. I stayed with a family of young children and it was just perfect for what I wanted. The swimming attraction is included for free, the play centre is 5 minutes walk, the shopping mall is around the corner with the option to leave the older kids in stay and play as you shop. Supermarket and local food shops not to say the food in the resteraient is so good."
"Some of the staff can be in a rush, can make you feel unwanted or in the way, the morning breakfast manager was always muttering something or the other. but I have realised that this is the general demeanour of most service staff in Bosnia. However, the kitchen/cafe/waiter staff were always happy and polite and so helpful with the kids. I asked for milk for the baby multiple times and for my bottles to be washed and every time they accommodated kindly."
