"The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and well organized. We booked the room an hour before check-in, and yet all was in order, with the correct number of blankets and towel sets (it is not a given for a family of four in many places)."

"Description of Deluxe Family room is not accurate. It has a double bed and two single beds (not three) transformed from small sofas. So you get either the single beds or the sofas. Anyway, it was OK for a one-night stay."

"The hotel is located just 10 minutes away from the city center and has its own parking. I definitely recommend the place if you are coming for several days to see Trebinje. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good."
