"Overall, everything was gorgeous — from the staff to the hotel facilities. I especially appreciated the spa, which offers separate time slots for women and men. The view and decoration of the hotel are truly admirable — it resembles a castle and makes you feel as if you're in the 19th century. The restaurant's cuisine is incredibly delicious, though the prices are higher compared to other tourist spots."

Biz check in vaxtından 4-5 saat öncə çatmışdıq otele, xahiş ettik administrator Faiq bəy bizə köməklik gösterdi, əlavə ödeniş etmədən otelə erkən giriş ettik. Hovuz, hamam ve jakuzi də super idi. Mən anamla gəlmişdim və hər ikimiz gözəl zaman keçirdik. Qaxdan və Səngər Qala Oteldən xoş təəssüratlarla ayrıldıq. Faiq bəyə qonaqpərvərliyinə göre xususi təşəkkürlər."

"Дороговато. В ресторане подают не все блюда, которые имеются в меню, мол, еще сезон не начался. Напримекр, в меню 4 первых блюдо, но подают только одну. Хотя если я плачу ту же сумму, что и в сезон, то, соответственно, меня это не должно волновать."

Приятно удивила приветственная тарелка с фруктами от менеджера Фаига, который произвел впечатление человека, хорошо знающего и любящего свое дело. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Bim Haus. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen sowohl in Bezug auf Design als auch Komfort vollkommen erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, und das Interieur war mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Küche und alle anderen Einrichtungen waren vollständig ausgestattet, an alles wurde gedacht. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der Balkon und die wunderschöne Aussicht sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre des Hauses. Es war sogar noch schöner und komfortabler als auf den Fotos. Auch die Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber waren auf höchstem Niveau. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte. Wir kommen in Zukunft sehr gerne wieder!"
