"Very spacious, good location and warm host. Centrally located and near from restaurants and Tufandag mountain resort. Good for family as it can accommodate up to 8 persons. Definitely recommended, we extended our stay as the house is too good to only stay for a night. We even did barbecue on the outdoor kitchen. Thank you Nizami!"

"We stayed at Green Villa for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is beautiful, and Mr. Nizami was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Since he lives next door, he was always available whenever we needed assistance, though we didn’t need to contact him often. The villa is very spacious and perfect for a large family, with a large yard where we could park our Santa Fe securely behind the gate. A supermarket and restaurants are conveniently nearby. The bathroom is divided, so using the shower or sink doesn’t interfere with the toilet. We visited when the temperature was around 1 degree Celsius, so the water took a bit longer to heat up. However, Mr. Nizami did everything he could to assist us. It was truly worth every penny."

"The Wi-Fi could have been better. It runs on an extender, and we had trouble watching a movie on the second day. After informing Mr. Nizami, the bandwidth improved, and we were able to watch the movie on the third day."

"The villa is immaculate and renovated. The hosts are very cooperative and remain in contact with you during the stay. Villa is far from the city center but near to other attractions like Gabaland and Cable Car. You can easily find grocery stores and restaurants near the villa within 300m."

"The owner is very friendly and helpful. Located 10 minutes walk from ski lift, small supermarket in walking distance too. Big house with 2 floors, many sleeping places, kitchen. Big area outside house for BBQ."

"AC in the 2nd floor is not efficient enough to cool it down during hot weather, so it will be challenging to sleep there (but it was enough rooms in the 1st floor for our family)"

"The electricity of the house was fluctuating due to the increased load. There are 4 air conditioners. I did not like there is only one bathroom inside the villa... The other bathroom is outside the house in the garden, but the house is beautiful."
