"There is nothing to dislike, so close to Shahdag activities. 2 min drive to Zirve where all activities happen, 5 mins to Shahdag resort. The view from room was the mountain with snow patches and the roller coaster and rope way rides. Awesome stay overall."

"This hotel is an excellent and economical choice in Shahdag. Before booking, I was unsure whether to stay here or opt for the Shahdag Resort and Spa Hotel. However, since the same group owns both properties, I decided to go ahead with this one, and it turned out to be a great choice. As an apartment hotel, it is ideal for large families, offering both comfort and convenience. The location is also a plus, just a 7-10 minute walk from Shahdag Resorts and the Coaster Ride. While the hotel's restaurant is on the pricier side, it offers a diverse selection of dishes with excellent taste. Additionally, the service was commendable. Sardak was very helpful in ensuring we got a first-floor apartment, as I had requested, the next day."

"I was quite surprised that neither the hotel nor the resorts provide air conditioning during winter, even when needed. During my stay on March 29th, 2025, my room temperature reached around 30 degrees, making it uncomfortably warm. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, I was advised to keep the balcony door open to cool the room down. Unfortunately, the outside temperature was still 27 degrees, so it took a considerable amount of time to lower the room temperature. While this might be a temporary workaround, it is not an ideal solution. All rooms should be equipped with an automatic temperature control system, allowing guests to adjust the climate to their comfort."

"TV was not smart TV, not great concierge service. NO in-house play area or recreational space. For travel you are dependent on shuttle service which is on hourly basis. Restaurant does not serve breakfast in the morning."
