Located on the Caspian Sea beach in Baku, this hostal features free Wi-Fi, a private sandy beach and a swimming pool. It also offers a nightclub and rooms with air conditioning. "Spacious room, good view & helpful staff. I stayed in the next hotel (Titanik) as this hotel was already full. Swimming pool, sauna & steam room are very good. They also have free massage & free turkish bath. You can use the facilities of both hotels, Aysberg & Titanik."

"The property, with its beautiful beach along the Caspian Sea, was absolutely perfect, but what truly made our trip exceptional was the incredible staff. Their helpful, supportive, and friendly approach stood out throughout our stay. We encountered some difficulties ordering a taxi due to street closures during the Formula 1 event, but the hotel manager personally stepped in and kindly drove us to our destination. The reception staff, cleaning team, and all other employees were consistently warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable!"

"Just so every one know. This place is a little outside city so don’t expect everything to be at the walking distance. Facility is old but well maintained and is value for money. Nice pool, beach and good accommodating staff."

"I have a sentiment to this hotel because I was there 6 yrs ago for the first time so my opinion can be not objective in little procent. Hotel localization. Close to the sea, close to Baku. One of not so many objects in Baku that offers a swimming pool. Nice, helpful stuff. Very friendly people who work in a swimming pool bar and restaurant. The hotel has gotten some minor features comparing to my staying 6 yrs ago. Second swimming pool for infants and small kids, outdoor toilets and a outside bar. Generally good place to stay when you visit Azerbaijan."

"Отличный дом, забронировали легко и просто, быстро связались с хозяином который помог с навигацией как добраться.Приехали семьей 9 человек, все смогли расположиться, в доме 4 спальни и 2 гостиные. Хозяин очень вежливый мужчина, все рассказал и показал, в доме было все необходимое для комфортного проживания."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Bim Haus. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen sowohl in Bezug auf Design als auch Komfort vollkommen erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, und das Interieur war mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Küche und alle anderen Einrichtungen waren vollständig ausgestattet, an alles wurde gedacht. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der Balkon und die wunderschöne Aussicht sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre des Hauses. Es war sogar noch schöner und komfortabler als auf den Fotos. Auch die Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber waren auf höchstem Niveau. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte. Wir kommen in Zukunft sehr gerne wieder!"
