Zugspitz Resort is located in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains and the Zugspitze skiing resort. It offers a heated outdoor pool and a fully equipped centre de tractaments with infrared cabin and Kneipp water-treading basin. Children older than 3 years can enjoy a kid's club. Massages are available on request. There is also a cinema available for children. The rooms and suites are fitted with a flat-screen TV, a balcony and a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy Austrian specialities in the establiment's univers culinaris, in the garden or on the sun terrace framed by a spectacular mountain panorama. The complex hoteler bar and several lounges offer places for relaxation. The entertainment facilities at Zugspitz Resort include a family-friendly pool area with several features for youngsters such as a pirate ship and various slides. There is also an indoor kart track, a play area, a boulder wall, a gym and a yoga room.

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Zugspitz resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the amazing staff. The entire hotel is clearly designed with families in mind – everything was spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained. There were plenty of activities for the kids, all thoughtfully planned and well-structured. Our children absolutely loved every moment and are already asking when we can go back! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. It really made us feel at home. The surroundings were peaceful and stunning – beautiful views and a strong connection to nature added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the food – everything was delicious. You could really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the experience. This is truly a special place, where families are genuinely cared for and kids are treated with such love and attention. We loved our experience and can’t wait to return!"

"The room where we stayed is a bit out dated, when I came here 25 years ago was all the same. Toilet is smelling urine, in the kitchen are only few glasses and tableware also same 2-3 items from all. A bathtub to take shower in is old fashioned, why not a walk in shower?"

The view of the mountains is beautiful and there’s loads of activities to do in the area such as hiking, mountain karting, cycling, mountain slide plus endless natural beauty."
"While the breakfast buffet was excellent, the dinner buffet was fine but not top standard. Also I was quite surprised that soft drinks were charged on top. Also, I would have appreciated better touristic information from the front desk. They were friendly and polite but didn’t seem to know that much about the activities in the area."
