"The hotel is very close to the train station — just a 4-minute walk — and about a 20-minute walk from the city center. We stayed for one night in a very cozy and comfortable room. As for the breakfast, I can confidently say it is one of the best. I definitely recommend choosing this hotel and exploring Salzburg starting from this location!!!"

"Excellent location close to Salzburg train station and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean, and breakfast was good. Overall the hotel itself is well presented and comfortable."

"Reception closes at 3pm and guests are required to collect their key cards from a safe using a code sent by message. Unfortunately, the code provided for our main room was incorrect when we arrived at around 8–8:30pm with our children, meaning we could not access the room. The emergency contact number was not clearly displayed as described and initially did not answer, leaving us waiting 30–40 minutes before receiving the correct code. The new code differed from the one originally emailed. This made for a stressful arrival."

"Levy’s Rooms&Breakfast was right near the train station and it had parking available. Although it was near the station, shops and restaurants, it was peaceful. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was big, cosy and clean, with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. It was really tasty and the selection of foods was great."

"Parking is available, but there are only a certain amount of spots. We were lucky and could easily find a spot when we arrived in the morning, but after a few hours, it was full. That is the only “negative” thing."

"The breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient for the railway station. The room was a good size. The staff at the front desk were helpful, but I was particularly struck by the helpfulness of one of the staff cleaning the rooms who saw me at the top of the stairs with a heavy snowboard bag and stopped what she was doing to offer me a hand."

"It was a bit of a struggle to get to the room from the reception with a lot of heavy baggage. In the evening the reception desk is not manned and you have to collect the key from a key safe, which is fine. To use a lift, you then have to go back outside, down the street, through an entrance door, to reach the lift. Then through another door to the rooms. It took me a while to work this out and I thought that this route could be better described at the reception; a diagram would be helpful and perhaps bolder signage on the street entrance to the lift."

"Room structure, after using toilet we had to go around to the bathroom to wash hands. Currently the site in front of accommodation is under construction. We couldnt open main window due to the dusts from there. If it would be finished, could be much better"
