"I got a very comfortable and clean room at third floor. I did not get any noise from either outside or inside, despite ongoing renovation works. All the personnel were extremely nice and helpful. For breakfast, they offer a wide variety of high-quality food. As a nice top-up, for a two-night or longer stay, you get a free pass for the local transportation system in Innsbruck and the surroundings as soon as you check-in. I didn't take advantage of the restaurant associated with the hotel, for either lunch or dinner, but it looks great. The hotel is at 5-min walking distance from the railway station, where most of the buses stop. The hotel also offers a SPA."
