"The stuff is really nice. Very helpful. They will offer anything they can to make you comfotable. I arrived from airport without my luggage; every member of stuff tried to help. Some of them called the airline. They offered me to stay longer for free untill my luggage arrives. The location is great. Very close to restaurant, shopping centre, bus, tram... Hotel is very clean, brand new carpet. It is very quiet. Nobody will disturb your sleep. The bar has a friendly environment. You will always find some to chat with."

"Communication considering our delayed check-in comforted our flight disasters. The location gave us advantages for reaching the A9 autobahn and Red Bull Ring F1 race in Speilberg. The room was larger than expected, the bed comfortable and the bath clean. Our breakfasts were fresh and coffee was available on demand with our preferences for espresso and cappuccino. We ate our dinners out simply, nearby - as this area is a hub with the shopping mall, subway, a large bus station, and street trains. We noticed the locals patronizing the Römerstube for soccer games on the enclosed patio while the dinner was quite busy every night. Our adventures were encouraged each day by the hotel staff giving us good advice to save our steps. Knowing how well we were being cared for, we paused one evening for dinner in the restaurant. The beef filet was fit for a Wyoming ranch."

"If i returned after 5pm the carpark was sometimes full. However there are some public spaces around the corner. There is also free parking at Murpark shopping centre which is only a couple of minutes walk."
