"It is a beautiful location in the mountains with great hiking options. All the food is vegetarian, and the staff is very helpful with dietary restrictions. The fresh fruit on the breakfast was delicious. The sauna is great for using after hiking."
"The room we were given did not match the pictures or description on Booking. We booked a room with a fireplace and balcony, but our room had neither. It was an attic room with poor ventilation options and no AC. The temperature was OK in the spring, but it would be unbearably hot in the summer. It would be nice if the breakfast had less cheese and more healthy vegan options."
"Das Frühstück war super, es war reich an Varianten! Verschiedene Sorten Brot, Käse, Gemüse, Obst und viele neue Dinge für uns. Ein Frühstück geht auch ohne zuviel Wurst oder Industrie-Nutella. Kaffee, Säfte und Tees standen jeden Tag zur Verfügung, dazu noch der tolle Ausblick. Auch das Abendmenü hat geschmeckt, das Personal war immer freundlich. Für die Kinder gab eine Alternative zum Menü-Essen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Arche. Es gab für alles eine Lösung. Man kann Skifahren auf der Saualbe, die Städte Klagenfurt und Villach besuchen. Das Hotel ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in Kärnten. Gerne wieder."

"It is a traditional apartment located on the border of the city center. On a hill, so it is a little walk up. It has a nice garden to lounge. Our appartement had a large balcony with a view of the lake. The staff is very friendly. It offers a private entrance to the lake."
